Scope of Practice
Important: Charis is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe. Services provide education on the safe and effective use of herbs, supplements, and flower essences for wellness support purposes only. Services may be limited or declined based on safety considerations for clients with complex medical histories.
Refunds & Returns
- Custom Services: No refunds once service is completed. Refunds or exchanges available only for order errors, damaged products, or services not yet initiated.
- Digital Courses: No refunds once access is granted. A 48-hour review period is provided; technical issues will be resolved rather than refunded when possible.
Intellectual Property
All website and course materials are proprietary and protected by copyright. A personal use license is granted — no sharing, copying, or distribution permitted.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Client health information and consultation details are kept confidential. Personal information will never be sold or shared without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Blossom & Heal is not liable for adverse reactions, interactions, outcomes, or technical issues.

Shipping Policies
Blossom & Heal Orders
- Online orders typically ship on Fridays
- Free domestic ground shipping on orders over $75
- USPS ground included with all custom flower essences
- All domestic orders ship via USPS; costs auto-calculated at checkout
- For international shipping, contact charis@blossomandheal.com before ordering
- International orders are final sale — cannot be returned or exchanged

Same-day shipping deadline: orders placed before 3:00 pm ET on business days. Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.
Returns: Products must be unopened and purchased within the last 30 days. Return shipping labels are not provided.
Return Policies
Blossom & Heal
No returns accepted unless there is a mistake with your order, or if an item has arrived damaged or defective. Contact charis@blossomandheal.com immediately with photos of any damaged items.

- Unopened products purchased within the last 30 days are eligible for return
- Refunds applied to original payment method within 1–3 business days of receiving return
- 90-day shelf-life guarantee on all products
